I threw this party in July. I am just now updating my freaking website, remember?

Anyway- the flyers were pretty cool- Die Cut Moustaches. If you wore a moustache, fake or real, you got in for cheaper!

Thanks again to HOLY MOUNTAIN for the excellent photos-

Metrowize asked me to curate a free Wednesday Night rager at 1015 Folsom/103 Harriet.

I chose to bring Cedaa out, one of my new favorites, for his very first SF appearance. He would later play about a month later at the infamous and all around party "Icee Hott."

Check out one of his tracks here-

Hey gang-

I've been slacking on this website. It's hard for me to constantly update shit cause I am so busy. Not that I'm cool or anything, just so busy I basically run to keep standing.
So tonight, I got out of the studio early, ate a huge burrito, did some email, fell asleep, and now I am burning the midnight oil drinking some coffee and trying to recap. Sorry if I missed a few gigs. It's been a hazy summer.

First off is this stunner-

Young L + Low Limit + Dj Dials + Jaws De Jormungaand.
I got to open up for Limit and play a few tracks in between him and Young L. I have a bunch of history with my boy LOW LIMIT aka Hologram Jones.. but I've never seen him so on point at a rap show. Very impressed.
Got to say, Young L opened and closed his set with Skrillex. Not Down.

I was involved in a great interview for the SF Weekly about the Brownswood Electric comp I was featured on.
It's a great look into the two other producers from San Francisco that were on the compilation- DJ G and JUS WAN.

Here are some tunes by them!

While I was gone I threw a Zion I and RJD2 Show.
Apparently, it was amazing. I am not sure, because I wasn't there.

So I went to Europe!! First stop was Sonar Festival, with my good friend Erik VanderMolen. We met up with my family, the Lucky Me gang, Mr. Lando Kal, and the Ernest Endeavors massive. Best shows hand down were Aphex Twin, Chris Cunningham live set, Deadboy, Jackmaster, and Star Eyes.

Got to DJ with the homies Gaslamp Killer, Hudson Mohawke, B.Bravo, Eclair Fifi, Patchwork Pirates, Lando Kal, and Machine Drum. Massive party!

A few pictures here from that! Then from Spain, we went to the Greek Islands of Mykanos and Santorini for a little music and vacation.

Finally we ended up in Berlin, where I was a special guest at this great party with Mizz Beats and the young and talented Jinna Morocha. Big up Maxximus!

Leaving for Europe. Will be back in a month. I plan on doing fun stuff out there. Playing this big party with some of the best dudes out in the game right now.
Big up LUCKY ME and Ernest Endeavors!
After Sonar, doing shows in Greece and Berlin.
Can't wait!

Motion Eccentricia took some footage of me rocking this party!

I am in the very beginning. The party was SUPER HYPE. Lots of people came through, but the highlight of the evening was getting really drunk and having Kode9 call me Jim Lahey from Trailer Park Boys. Thanks, dude.

Yoooo

My website still sucks! If you are looking at this, you are probably thinking to yourself.. "wow, what a buster for having some whack website!"
Well listen! I've been so busy, I am sorry!

I did have to share this amazing night I had last night playing b2b with James Blake at SOM. Bar in SF. A sold out show at the great american music hall led to a sold out afterparty hosted by none other than Lights Down Low. It was at capacity packed until 2am on a sunday night!
Great times.

Below is a goofy fucking picture of me with James and the cool flyer they made!

Seriously great show!

I flew down to play this party last week-

Low End Theory LA. The party was originally AMP LIVE and I was to open. When I got there Daddy Kev informed me of two special guests performing a secret collaboration set- Flying Lotus and Thom Yorke. I was to play directly after them.

Here is a solid picture of Thom Yorke singing over some Flying Lotus.

I went on at midnight, basically prime time, right after one of my all time musical icons. Speechless. Opened up with James Blake's "Give a Man a Rod (Second Version)" coming out soon on Hessle Audio. Then played a the Weeknd, some originals of my own, and a few bangers.

A nice blog named Low Life LA said some nice things about it here.

Lastly, my homie Sarah Zoraya snapped this photo of me on stage talking to Flying Lotus while Thom Yorke is djing.
Check it out Mom!
